What is Money in Mandarin?

This site is produced as fulfillment of Gokongwei Brothers Foundation’s (GBF) – China Scholarship Program requirement known as I-CARE (Individually-Committed Action upon REturn)

What is Money in Mandarin?

This is not actually my original I-CARE. My original plan was to instill reforms via educational and motivational techniques for my high school alma mater to increase the Mandarin Chinese proficiency among the students . In the course my research, I discovered that one of the major hindrance in motivating students from learning Mandarin Chinese is the lack of practical benefits or real world application of the language once they graduate from school. Admittedly, I am one of those students way back then and has since focused my project to address this roadblock.

From my time with the scholarship program to my research, I have encountered numerous people who regularly practice the use of Mandarin as part of their job and as freelancers. Opportunities are not bounded by geographical barriers, as these could still be taken using the world wide web. And I wish to share these information with everyone.

Main Objective

Raise the awareness of money-making opportunities that Mandarin proficiency has to offer and provide information and other resources to help people pursue this endeavor.
